SheerLuxe Cleaning Services was founded by two dedicated professionals — Jackie and Jade — who bring over 25 years of combined experience in healthcare, education and social care. Jackie, a registered nurse for 15 years, has spent her career supporting vulnerable adults, while Jade has worked in both education and social work, with a strong focus on safeguarding and well being. Through our front line roles, we consistently witnessed environments that were not just unclean — they were unsafe. Despite contracts being in place, many cleaning companies were cutting corners and service users were the ones paying the price.

Frustrated by the lack of accountability and driven by a shared passion for dignity, safety and high standards, we decided to take matters into our own hands. That’s how SheerLuxe was born — not just as a cleaning company, but as a mission to deliver a service we would be proud to see in the environments we once worked in. We understand what “clean” truly means in care settings and we are committed to delivering it — thoroughly, respectfully, and professionally.
